The beautiful Butterfly Blue Pea Flower grows in the Far East where it is harvested and used to make a stunning and delicious infusion.
Pop some of the dried flowers into your pot ‚ add hot water and watch the infusion turn a lovely shade of blue. The infusion has a smooth mellow taste and if you like green tea you will probably enjoy this too.
You can add a few drops of lemon juice which will add a sharp note and turn the infusion a deep purple colour.
