A summer favourite here - Raspberry and Rhubarb Rooibos. Sweet with a hint of tartness and with the good base of a quality rooibos.
A great drink all year round and with the benefit of being caffeine free.
It's also a pleasant cold drink. Just make a pot and once brewed take the leaves out or strain into a clean pot and leave to cool.
Instructions: 1 heaped teaspoon per serving Water - 100C Infusion : 8 - 10 minutes
