my new teapot ( Fran) arrived yesterday, such quick service! You even bubble wrapped my selection of teas. I loved the Formosa Lapsang Souchong. It will be the perfect replacement for some of the strong coffees I drink at school (it really is true what they say about teachers). The filter system in the teapot works wonderfully and the thought they have taken over elements of the design was great. Thank you Tea Experience. MB Derbyshire

I just wanted to write back thanking you for the excellent service from the Tea Experience. The teapot arrived very promptly, was very well packaged and the pot itself is exquisite. The tracking number notification (not automated) and the presentation box were nice, unexpected touches.
