Through work and holidays in China and the Far East we have had the chance to try some lovely teas. Some we have bought and others given as gifts. Sadly some of the gifts don't all have labels on and I wasn't always sure what they were. One thing it did do was make me realise the difference between a quality loose tea and the good old teabag. Yes, I hear some of you say, but....
Well,there's a time and place for everything and I would just like you all to make a few minutes to at least try loose tea and see what you think. You might find you absolutely love it and don't want to drink anything else. You may decide to mix and match loose and teabags depending on the time you have and mood you are in. Or you may decide all you need are teabags.
There are so many teas to try not just from China - you can try Indian,Sri Lankan,African,New Zealand,Hawaii and from Cornwall in the UK, just to name a few. It's believed there are more teas to try than wines so you've a few to have a go at. here we are just starting off gently with a small selction, just to get you in the mood...but watch this space as the list will slowly expand.
