Despatch
The aim is to despatch goods within 3 working days from the date of ordering although where possible we will aim to despatch within 24 hours.
Should an item be out of stock and despatch cannot be undertaken within 7 days, you will be advised by email, as soon as possible after receiving your order. You will be offered a full refund, or partial shipment of the order.
Items ordered after 3pm will be processed the following day.

All overseas item charges cover the Royal Mail International Priority Service and require a signature on delivery.
Charges
We do not load our charges unnecessarily. Our charges are based on the weight and volume of the items ordered and this cost is visible at checkout before payment is made.
UK: Orders under £30 will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Service. Orders over £30 will be sent by recorded delivery.
Europe and the Rest of the World : Royal Mail International Airmail Priority - this is a service that requires the recipient to sign for the goods.
Free Postage
From time there will be offers on ranges or indiviual products that will attract free postage as part of a promotional offer. This will be clearly displayed on the product pages and no charge will be made at checkout.
Delivery Times
The times shown are the current advertised times by Royal Mail and Royal Mail International.
UK: First Class post - 1 day
Western Europe: 3-5 days
Rest of Europe: 3-7days
Rest of World: 5-7 days
These are the advertised times to the country of posting. You need to allow for the delivery times within the country the item is to be delivered in addition to these times.
Overseas Customers
As outlined in our terms and conditions you are responsible for all customs clearance and taxes. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance in each country at busy times of year and this is outside of our control.
