my new teapot ( Fran) arrived yesterday, such quick service! You even bubble wrapped my selection of teas. I loved the Formosa Lapsang Souchong. It will be the perfect replacement for some of the strong coffees I drink at school (it really is true what they say about teachers). The filter system in the teapot works wonderfully and the thought they have taken over elements of the design was great. Thank you Tea Experience. MB Derbyshire

New Flat rate postal charge for all orders to UK addresses - £3.00 Plus there is an option for overnight delivery available too.

Delivery & Returns

Despatch

The aim is to despatch goods within 3 working days from the date of ordering although where possible we will aim to despatch within 24 hours.

Should an item be out of stock and despatch cannot be undertaken within 7 days, you will be advised by email, as soon as possible after receiving your order. You will be offered a full refund, or partial shipment of the order.
Items ordered after 3pm will be processed the following day.

If you require a guaranteed overnight service please contact us for costs and to arrange. Tel: 01302 538906 or sales@teaexperience.co.uk All overseas item charges cover the Royal Mail International Priority Service and require a signature on delivery.

Charges

We do not load our charges unnecessarily. Our charges are based on the weight and volume of the items ordered and this cost is visible at checkout before payment is made.

UK: Orders under £30 will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Service. Orders over £30 will be sent by recorded delivery. Europe and the Rest of the World : Royal Mail International Airmail Priority - this is a service that requires the recipient to sign for the goods.

Free Postage

From time there will be offers on ranges or indiviual products that will attract free postage as part of a promotional offer. This will be clearly displayed on the product pages and no charge will be made at checkout.

Delivery Times

The times shown are the current advertised times by Royal Mail and Royal Mail International.
UK: First Class post - 1 day
Western Europe: 3-5 days
Rest of Europe: 3-7days
Rest of World: 5-7 days

These are the advertised times to the country of posting. You need to allow for the delivery times within the country the item is to be delivered in addition to these times.

Overseas Customers

As outlined in our terms and conditions you are responsible for all customs clearance and taxes. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance in each country at busy times of year and this is outside of our control.
