Flowering Tea Blooms are an almost decadent way to enjoy silver needle green tea.With fine quality tea and colourful flower blooms artfully put together and which make a delicious cup of tea.
Carefully selected top quality silver needle green tea leaves are used to make our Flowering Tea Blooms. An artisan craft that requires skill and patience as each one can take up to ten minutes to make.
Making tea is simple - simple put water into the teapot and drop in the tea bloom. The leaves are carefully sewn together with dried flowers in the middle in such a way that as they slowly unfurl the flowers appear. Whilst this is happening the tea is brewing.
The tea is light and delicate with tiny backnotes from the flowers making each one taste slightly different. Each Flowering Tea Bloom like all good green teas can also be re infused so can make approximately 4 or 5 little pots of tea.
Each tea bloom is individually shrink wrapped so they keep well until you are ready to use them. It also makes them useful to give as little favours or treats
These make a delightful treat for yourself or as a gift for a tea lover or a thoughful present for wedding, birthday or similar.
